We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please check your order after receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of specials or gift cards.
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, buy the new item separately.
